Welcome to SplishBox! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to SplishBox. SplishBox runs this store and website, including all the information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered to you, the customer (the "Services"). SplishBox uses Shopify technology to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policy referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about warranties, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. To purchase products you may need to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information, and you confirm that it is accurate and complete.

Section 2 – Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. The SplishBox cover is splash-resistant: it protects your phone from shower splashes and steam, but it is not designed to be submerged in water. Mount it out of the direct spray and follow the installation instructions. We are not responsible for damage to phones or other devices caused by submersion, direct water jets, or incorrect installation.

Section 3 – Orders and payments

All prices are in United States dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, limited availability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Section 4 – Shipping and delivery

Estimated shipping times are listed in our Shipping Policy. We work with external fulfillment partners, so delivery times may vary.

Section 5 – Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy, available on this site, is part of these Terms.

Section 6 – Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SplishBox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
